SMS Program Description

Stylin Pets Salon uses SMS messaging to communicate with customers regarding their pets' appointments and related customer service.

How Customers Consent

Customers may voluntarily provide SMS consent to Stylin Pets Salon in the following ways:

Phone: When scheduling an appointment by phone, a Stylin Pets Salon employee asks the customer for permission to receive SMS messages regarding appointments and customer service. If the customer agrees, the employee records the customer's mobile number and SMS consent in the customer record.
In Person: Customers may voluntarily opt in when scheduling or checking in for an appointment at Stylin Pets Salon. Customers are provided with a customer intake form containing a separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase or receive services from Stylin Pets Salon.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the customer's appointments and interactions with Stylin Pets Salon.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Message and data charges are determined by the customer's mobile carrier and mobile service plan.

Opting Out

Customers may stop receiving SMS messages from Stylin Pets Salon at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.

After sending STOP, the customer will receive a confirmation that they have been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be sent unless the customer provides consent again.
